Not too Bad for a Grandma...

So a photographer came in to our office just before Christmas to take a pictures for updating our website. I got to take him around the office to snap pictures while people were working... He snapped this one when I thought we were all finished... snuck up on me, but it didn't stink and my buds at work told me I'm not to bad for a grandma... so yay that'l work for me. This is one of the pictures our Sr. Officers picked to have cycle through the careers page of our website... good times... at least its better than the last one of me they picked.

A New Year's Eve to Remember

Okay... now that Misty has blogged about it, I will just say... I am so very, very thankful everything turned out okay and that New Year's Eve is behind us. This was not a New Years I ever want to relive except for the final outcome. If you have either a gas furnace or any other gas appliance or fire place and you don't currently have one, please get your digital Carbon Monoxide Detector now. They don't cost very much and they save lives... Just have to say Brent... aka... Dad is a HERO! He bought Misty and Jake the detector, besides calling Misty to tell her to come over.

Little Wii Anyone???

So Grandpa was flyin' on the Wii... Gideon plopped down next to him and joined right in. You can tell he was really in to it. Funny little man.

The Adventures of Thor...

So Thor is getting to be a big boy. He got to go live with Misty, Jacob, Gideon and Ashelyn on Christmas Eve. It has been pretty traumatic for Zoe'. Once or twice a day she has to come in the house and check out to see if her little man is hiding inside. She prances all through the house... then it's like she remembers... Oh, he went home with Misty... and then she's ok and back outside she goes... it's pretty funny.

The really neat thing about Thor going to the Doan household is he gets to come over and visit. So we get to see him growing up... good times... kinda like our G'Babies... We get to spoil 'em and send 'em home... what could be sweeter?
